Daniel Resare <noa@metamatrix.se> suggested using AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS:

        * configure.in: Use AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS(libgphoto2_port).
        * Makefile.am: build.sh isn't needed any more
        * INSTALL: Update installation instructions

        * doc/Makefile.am: Removed OVERVIEW and NOTES. This should have
        happened a long time ago.
