* include/gphoto2-camera.h:
        * libgphoto2/camera.c: Add gp_camera_[set,get]_model. Please use
        those functions instead of directly accessing camera->model.
        * libgphoto2/core.c: On exit, set glob_abilities_list = NULL
        * tests/test-gphoto2.c: Add lots of documentation.
