* include/gphoto2-filesys.h:
        * libgphoto2/filesys.c: Implement caching for file information.
        * tests/test-filesys.c: Test it here.
        * camlibs/konica/library.c: Use gp_filesystem_[get,set]_info. This
        stuff is really incredibly fast.
