a5961eb066 contrib/change_group_leader.lua - adds a shortcut to cycle through 
the images in a group making the
                                  next on the new group leader.
                                  When the end of the group is reached
                                  the first image in the group is
                                  selected.

2bc55d00bb fujifilm_dynamic_range: only load if exiftool present 
Fail to load if exiftool binary is not present. This may be better
than silently (in UI) failing to read dyanmic range data.
