167620fadf lib/dtutils/string - Added get_substitution_tooltip() function to return 
the substitution pattern tooltip so it only has to be
                     translated in one place.

                     Spelled substitution properly to that calls to
                     build_substitution_list succeed.

sanitized.  Check looks for unprintable characters
