7da38b3665 Fix enfuseAdvanced command line building bugs 
1) enfuse has argument --contrast-min-curvature taking string with a percent sign. When that runs on Windows, it fails due to the fact that % means env var substitution in Windows command lines. we have to escape it with double percent
2) when enfuse produces a jpg, it takes argument --compression with an integer value. But the script takes it from GUI and passes as a float which breaks enfuse. 
3) When errors like these happen, the script forgets to stop darktable job leaving dangling string in UI.

08fe1ba410 fix dtutils_system.external_command ignoring bad return code on Windows 
On Windows, external_command calls windows_command which prepares a bat file with the command, surrounded with code page saving/restoration. If the "real" command fails, its error return code does not get anywhere and 0 is always returned, because the last line is a chcp call which always succeeds.
This breaks error logic in scripts, e.g. enfuseAdvanced, where they think everything went fine when it didn't.

bb3a74feac CSS cleanup, separate functional and visual CSS code 
Added file style.css which is aimed to contain CSS code that affects
the look of the gallery.

This could be extended to provide different or user-modified styles
to give each gallery an individual look.

193a615772 official/regenerate_thumbnails - add a script to fix skull thumbnails 
by dropping the cache for the image
                                 and regenerating it.  Adds a button
                                 to the actions on selected images
                                 module.  Also has a shortcut to
                                 apply the script by hovering and
                                 triggering the shortcut.
