095ac0ce28 gitignore: Add /tmpwrk*/ 
The /tmpwkr*/ subdirectories are used by "make distcheck"
in a very short term and temporary fashion.

They still occasionally show up in "git gui", so we now
ignore them.

dc3399fe20 camlibs/ptp2: Add timeout support for connect/read/write socket operations 
This switches all sockets to non blocking mode and uses select with a
timeout to limit the maximum wait time for any network operation.

As Windows doesn't use errno for the network ptpip_set_socket_error is
introduced which handles setting the socket error code when a timeout is
encountered so the rest of the camlib can deal handle the error.

8a74d44053 camlibs/ptp2: Add more error handling to camera_exit 
This adds more error handling to camera exit code which detects when an
operation failed. As there is no retry logic we it's likely the operations
after the failed one will fail as well. Therefore other exit steps after an
error will be ignored and the exit procedure just finalized.

This change also returns the error from camera_exit to gp_camera_exit
calling the camera_exit function for further error handling/escalation.

0a356a664c camlibs/ptp2: Better cross-platform error handling 
WinSock2 doesn't use errno for indicating errors in the network stack.
This breaks the usage of checking errno for network errors as well as
printing them via perror. This introduces the ptpip_perror and
ptpip_get_socket_error function which get the error code and message from
the right pace depending on the platform.
