3512e66338 Updated the capture routine to simply call the shutter function and 
return a filename instead of downloading an image.

Changed all debug messages to priority low, so they actually show up.

e0783db555 Added some code to implement retries for a few functions by just 
recursively calling functions that send a NAK to the first request.
This is gross, but should work well enough.

b240999eb9 Fixed error condition checking to look for negative numbers, eg < GP_OK. 
This avoids the positive, non-null values returned by gpio_read and _write.

Eliminated newlines in all calls to gp_debug_printf(), since one is
appended by the frontend anyway.

Assorted other small changes

15240f280b Reomved thumb_ prefix from thumbnail name format, since the frontend was 
also prepending it. thumb_thumb_dv0001.ppm looks just a bit funny.

556c28fbfc Fixed dimagev_verify_packet() to return GP_ERROR in case a packet fails to 
have valid STX and ETX values. This eliminates some spurious error messages.
