* camlibs/kodak/dc240: Use camera->fs - this should fix file deletion
          that I broke earlier.
        * camlibs/kodak/dc3200: Use camera->fs. Don't use
          gp_port_[new,free,open,close]. Declare some functions static in
          order to fix compile warnings.
