7700a0dddb Rewrote some of the functions. 
chunk_new now returns a pointer to a newly allocated chunk.
quantization table handling was added including printing.
You can now enter the quantization tables in a more visual form.

f26de3ae09 Changed the ratios from 1:2:1 to 1:1:2 and now things look alright. 
Quantization table fixes to come later.
For now, slightly blocky pictures with almost ok contrast and color should be
expected.

9387032be7 Corrected the buffer size for the Polaroid 640SE. 
It was 213, but after looking at test results, I changed to to 528.
Evidentally, the portmon log on Peter Desnoyer's webpage was flawed.
Portmon seems to clamp the output to x bytes per read unless you say otherwise

e54c8b5feb Completed more of the code. 
Fixed some problems.
Added debugging output via a printf and a commented out gp_debug_printf
This should be safe enough to be put in the Makefile now

5f631fb8df I added jpeg.c file to bring jpeg parsing to gphoto2. 
I have hopes that this will match exif.c in quality.
I plan on having jpeg.c be able to fill in missing data or let you fill it in manually.
I plan on giving it the ability to decode and write jpeg files too.

b5a60eff30 - added $Header$ to all .c files 
- changed back thumbnail extraction to old (pre-exif) method for the
   Powershot Pro 70 which stores images as JFIF file and not EXIF.
