        close it after.

        * tests/test-filesys.c: Demonstrate the use of the new functions.

        * camlibs/*: Prepare support for download of raw data. Remove lots of
        redundant code (people just copied & pasted the code for file_get
        and file_get_preview...). I hope everything works as it did before.
        * frontend/command-line/*: Prepare support for download of raw data

881df42322 Modified command line options to more consistently use the term 'image' 
instead of 'picture'. Previously, the two terms were used interchangably,
which lead to some confusion.

3337453246 GP_FOLDER_OPERATION_PUT_FILE instead of simply GP_FOLDER_OPERATION_PUT. It could be that we find cameras that support remote creation of folders.
