Needlessly creating the executable path preference for the ufraw-batch executable on linux caused the value to be saved as the startup directory, which in turn caused a crash when trying to extract the embedded jpg.

2ddd0965cd
Added check to ensure we are in lighttable view prior to callling darktable.register_lib. If darktable was invoked in single image (darkroom) mode, then an event handler is registered to detect the change from darkroom mode to lighttable mode so that we can then call darktable.register_lib.

Changed check_min_api_version() to print error messages and throw an error if the minimum api is not satisfied. Updated the scripts to reflect the changed check_min_api_version().

Added check_min_api_function to dtutils.lua to check the minimum version of the lua API required for a script to run. This is intended to replace the API check done with darktable.configuration.check_version(), which requires changing each time the API version changes. check_min_api_version should work for all API version changes unless backward compatibility is broken. All the scripts using darktable.configuration.check_version() were changed to use check_min_api_version().

Created a cross platform script that calls an external executable. It also performs a service that some users might find useful, extracting the embedded jpeg image from a raw file, then importing and grouping it with the raw. Updated README.md to reflect the new file

Move all translation into the main locale directory.
...
This is for consistency reason as the lib/dtutils/file.lua use this
directory. Also all translation into contrib where not usable as
not checked into this directory which was expected to be just lua.
All in all using locale directory will avoid clutter the main
directory with all possible languages and fixes the current scripts.
