contrib/toggle_group_view - moved from official to contrib to handle
...
event conflict with official/group_persistence. Moving to contrib forces
toggle_group_view to load before group_persistence and thus get events that
both need, first. If the order is reversed then toggle_group_view can bog
down in a loop making darktable unresponsive.
Fixed bad call in destroy and added check for selection-changed to make sure
there are images before trying to set sensitivity.

official/use_paired_jpg_as_mipmap - Canon R series cameras don't
...
included a full size embedded jpeg so generating mipmap cache for
anything larger than mipmap 3 requires the raw to be loaded and
processed. This script copies the paired jpeg from the RAW+JPEG
pair to the full resolution mipmap. This can then be used to generate
the remaining mipmap cache. The jpeg image can be discarded after
being copied to the cache or retained based on a preference in Lua
options.

contrib/select_non_existing - changed the logic to get a list of

files in the filmroll and check the
"known" files against the file list.
This cuts the number of system calls
from 1 per image to 1 per film roll
resulting an incredible speed up on
windows and a good speedup on other
platforms.
