3033c52ff4 Three small fixes (komments and avoid having a global variable) 
- a comment about needing hugin installed
- it's not the lua version that we check, it's the DT API version
- declare "local img_list" here, and avoid having a global variable

30e29139c7 Update selection_to_pdf.lua 
xdg-open opens a file in the user's preferred application. You could even remove this preference. This will improve the script for everyone not using evince.

12747d9054 Add cr2hdr.lua script. 
This script automates the steps involved to process an image created
with the Magic Lantern Dual ISO module. Upon invoking the script with a
shortcut "cr2hdr" provided by Magic Lantern is run on the selected
images. The processed files are imported. They are also made group
leaders to hide the original files.

d797b565e0 Add an autostyle lua script, which autoapplies a style on a tag found by exiftool 
This is useful when this tag isn't recognized by darktable, for example to compensate for an automatic dynamic range
