2bc55d00bb fujifilm_dynamic_range: only load if exiftool present 
Fail to load if exiftool binary is not present. This may be better
than silently (in UI) failing to read dyanmic range data.

6af180a313 [script_manager] after numerous attempts to solve this with just pattern 
matching I realized the lack of conditionals made it
                 impossible to solve in that manner, so I resorted to
                 splitting the output into lines and testing each line.
